Repeat Prescription

Telephone prescriptions as per protocol. Many conditions are managed through the use of medium or long-term medications, which require repeat prescriptions. Depending on the medication these prescriptions require a regular review with your doctor. Our policy is that after 6 months you need to see a doctor to get your next prescription to ensure that the prescribed medication and dose is still the most appropriate treatment for you. For repeats outside of the relevant review periods you are able to request these over the phone. Please note that there is a 24 hour turn around on these.

Mental Health

If you’re struggling with mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, or alcohol, drug or gambling concerns, it might be appropriate to arrange an appointment with your GP.
