The Health Coach is nonclinical and supports patients with self-management and achieving their goals for improved mental and physical wellbeing, lifestyle, or behaviour change.
Our Health Coach, will create an action plan with you, tailored to meet your health goals. They have experience in supporting people with chronic fatigue syndrome, chronic pain, chronic long-term illness, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, quitting smoking, sleep, stress women’s health, weight management and a range of other health related conditions or issues.
